Project Cooling Specifications:
3 sets of 300kW Anti-Corrosion Air-Cooled Chillers with water pumps and tanks designed as all-in-one units to save on labor costs on site.
(2) The cooling system is designed with a stainless steel 304 frame. In humid and rainy environments, the units' operational lifespan exceeds 15 years.
(3) The submerged heat transfer type cooling is more than 30% more efficient than regular evaporators;
(4) The heat exchange tubes of the chiller are made of 316 stainless steel, which can effectively resist corrosion from seawater, ensuring the cold water in contact with plastic is of food-grade quality. It also reduces subsequent maintenance costs.
(5) The compressor and condenser fans are equipped with variable frequency controls, allowing for flexible adjustment of cooling capacity based on the production line's cooling needs. The chillers can save up to 30% of electricity usage annually.
