Project Overview

This project is designed for the charging workshop, air conditioning for the dining room, and cooling of the drug distribution track. The air conditioning system for the workshop is planned to be a central air conditioning system, and the steel floor of the charging workshop can be separately supplied with air, which helps to evenly adjust the load of the air-conditioned room and effectively saves operational costs. The cooling mode of the water-cooled screw heat recovery chiller of HSTARS and the air conditioning/water cooling jacket is applied. The air conditioning uses a positive pressure fresh air supply mode.

The temperature and humidity inside the room are controlled at 25 °C, ≤60%, at which point the humidity is 12.056g/kg. Under this humidity, fresh air is cooled and dehumidified according to the indoor humidity parameters and other humidity lines, and the relative humidity is 95%, with a temperature of 17.51 °C and enthalpy of 48.21kJ/kg; the outdoor dry bulb temperature is Tg = 35.4 °C, wet bulb temperature is TS = 27 °C, and the enthalpy value is 85.92kJ/kg. When sent indoors, the relative humidity exceeds the standard, and the product will absorb moisture. Therefore, wet heating is required. The supply air temperature is 22 °C. At this time, the air enthalpy is 52.35kJ/kg. It is commonly used to recover hot water for sanitation provided by the host, using steam heating to meet the demand.

The main part of the air conditioning system uses the HSTARS brand's 40STB heat recovery product series. This model uses a screw compressor produced by HANBELL Co., Ltd., the largest compressor manufacturer in Taiwan. Other equipment is manufactured by our company. This unit series is one of the most mature models in our company. The equipment is equipped with a computer-controlled system, which displays faults and operational status; it includes protection against phase loss, reverse phase protection, motor overload protection, freeze protection, high and low pressure protection, etc. Additionally, there is a dedicated wire port to connect with the cooling system and the fire protection system in the electrical control box, which can be connected to the building's control system with perfect functionality. The energy control uses multiple-stage energy adjustment without segmentation, suitable for parallel operation or multiple machines. Simultaneously, it cools while providing free hot water for the constant temperature and humidity cabinet, and functions as a heating system to reduce heating costs for the air supply unit, achieving high efficiency and energy savings.
